ISLAMABAD: Jamaat-e-Islami’s landmark Bano Qabil program has rapidly emerged as one of Pakistan’s largest free IT education initiatives, providing thousands of students across the country with modern digital skills. Launched initially in Karachi, the project has now expanded to major cities including Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Mansehra, Sargodha, Quetta, Malakand, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi
Under the leadership of Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman, the program envisions empowering two million youth within two years through free training in high-demand IT fields. It aims to equip participants with skills that enable them to pursue freelance careers, secure local or remote jobs, or start their own tech ventures.

Application Process

A Nationwide Digital Movement

Described by education experts as a “digital empowerment revolution,” Bano Qabil has not only expanded technical education access but also strengthened Jamaat-e-Islami’s image as a party prioritizing youth development and innovation.
By combining social service with skill development, the initiative reflects a growing trend in Pakistan’s educational landscape — where technology and empowerment intersect to build a self-reliant future generation.
